The sub-division will be constructed in three phases:
Phase I will include the eastern one-third of
the site, the business park lots and the adjoining streets.
Phase II is composed of the center portion of
the site, which is primarily residential lots.
Phase III will include commercial and remaining
residential sites.
The residential neighborhoods will be integrated with the existing homes
to the east, while the commercial lots will be situated on Portland and Joplin Avenues. All commercial lots are located
in the Pueblo Enterprise Zone which provides tax advantages to the property owners.
