River's Run sub-division shall encompass the entire area
of what was previously the Walter's Brewery, and a part of the Mattice Gibson Addition. It is located at the intersection of Portland and Joplin Avenues (State
Highway 227).
The site contains approximately 67 acres and is located approximately
1/2 mile North of the confluence of the Fountain and Arkansas River, and 1/4 mile to the entrance of the Fountain and Arkansas
River trail systems.
The sub-division consists of 176 residential building sites
and 16 residential-condominium sites. Most of them will be located on spectacular bluff tops with magnificent city
and mountain views. There are also 14 commercial sites on the southern portion of the property and a 2.9 acre park in
the residential area.
